Unlike many other restaurant managers, TJ had the opportunity of entering into the food industry, starting from the ground floor and building his career with a nice career progression (waiter to Manger to Director), building hands-on experience. This allowed him to view restaurant operations from various different viewpoints, enabling personable problem resolving skills within a traditionally high turnover industry, as well as, keen problem resolutions applied to other areas of the operation.
