SAYAKA CARPENTERDirector of Instruction
Sayaka aims to provide players of all ages with the tools to analyze and assess their golf swings for themselves. Her programs help players become more attuned to their body, adapting both the swing, the body, and the mind to establish a swing they can confidently call their own. Players will be able to sharpen their golf swings by honing their natural strengths and mastering their weaknesses. This holistic approach aims to keep people having fun and hitting the links for longer.
Her Programs include:
Full Swing - Create a set up that matches the player’s physical attributes; identify a student’s power source and controlling motion
Short Game - Complete in depth coverage of putting, chipping, pitching and bunker play
On Course – Playing strategies, handling of uneven lies and rescue shots will be covered in detail
Sayaka has been coaching for 7 years at Royce Brook Golf Club and has developed inclusive programs that invite people of all ages and skill levels to jump into the game. She especially aims to create opportunities for both juniors and women to engage in a warm, welcoming environment. For competitive players, she brings her experience of competing both nationally and internationally during her junior and collegiate career to navigate players through the mental and physical aspects of the game. Her adaptable coaching style suits any kind of player, whether it be a collegiate player, a family group lesson or a corporate clinic.
